Kids Joining Eternity is honored to say we were able to send 760 Mother’s Day cards in 2022.
Thanks to our community partnerships with the following, we were able to send 760 Mother’s Day cards for 2022: OKC-County Health Department, Oklahoma Family Network, Mercy Hospital, SSM Health Hospital, The Perinatal Center of Oklahoma, Ascension Group/St John Hospital in Tulsa, and also Saint Francis hospital in Tulsa.
Overall community outreach this year extended to moms in 37 counties within Oklahoma. In addition, we also sent cards to moms in the following 32 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. We even sent a card to one mom in another country, Canada.
This year’s Mother’s Day card was illustrated by Sawyer(11) and Josie(8) Givens. They are the children of our Board President, Juston Givens, and his wife, Casie. They did an amazing job and I know they were so excited and proud to honor their sweet sister, Elliot. Great job Sawyer and Josie!
